From thefts from private collections to museums, we have handled some substantial losses throughout Europe, including at touring art exhibitions, and containers mysteriously falling into the sea or crushed whilst precariously stacked in the port of Antwerp, and containing millions of dollars’ worth of works of art!
Also, issues involving title – Whether you’re collecting art and antiques for their beauty or their value, good provenance and the ability to demonstrate clear title is crucial.
Our aim is to make the claims process as simple as possible… and that is precisely what we do!
Realistically, one cannot be an expert in all different types of art for this reason, we have an association with an array of individually selected specialists at our exclusive disposal, and, in the event of a loss, we are therefore able to attend the claim, accompanied by the specialist for that particular type of art, to provide the ultimate expertise with sound and professional advice.
